Free Bird (framed)

$800.00

This is the second “larger’ painting I completed since moving to New Mexico. While waiting for my studio to be completed, I took an online course in how to loosen up with your painting style. The problem, or possibly blessing, that is part of my process is when I start doing random, loose gestures with a marker, I will often see shapes that remind me of some animate object and that becomes the guiding direction .for the painting. This painting actually took over 3 weeks to complete. If this speaks to you and you purchase it, I would love to show you the initial “loose” start of the painting.
